Notes on Production
First fermentation at 14 degrees for 40 days in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation in bottles, and at least 24 months of maturing on racks.
Tasting Notes
Smooth and fruity, with refreshing acidity that conserved this cava very fresh. Aromas of green apples, pears and fine notes of toasted almonds produced during the ageing process.

Rossinyol(ロシニョール)はカタロニアでは茸のあんずたけの意。補糖せず瓶内二次醗酵。亜硫酸無添加。
