Notes on Production
Spontaneous fermentation. Maturation(80% in 3200L barrels and 20% in 500L tonneau) for 18 months, in 8400L oak barrels for 11 months, and finally in 5000L stainless steel tanks for 1 month.
Tasting Notes
Deep winy red colour, with the characteristic bouquet of fresh
red fruit. Great tannic structure on the palate, with an excellent acidic framework. A wine with an excellent, lingering aromatic persistency in the nose and in the mouth.
