Notes on Production
Grapes grow at 900m of altitude, which is something out of the ordinary in the standard of La Mancha area.
Tasting Notes
This wine has a light yellow colour. Aromatic and well defined notes of ripe peach and apricot, lemon zest, orange blossom and herbs.
Acidity really picks up on the palate and citrus and green fruits coming out finish. Absolutely delicious to drink.

Manchego soft cheese, roast chicken and seafood

It is the first Albariño Demeter in Castilla La Mancha.
