Notes on Production
Surrounded by high mountains with wide diurnal temperature variation, which create a special microclimate. Soil is red clay to medium-depth.
Tasting Notes
Dark garnet-cherry colour. Complex aromas of red berries(strawberry and blackberry). Attack on the palate shows an impressive array of flavours, great intensity and excellent balance. Ripe, soft tannins bring a sensation of harmony.

Superb with roasts and stews, red meat dishes, small game, cheese or cold meats.
