Surrounded by high mountain ranges with wide diurnal temperature variation, which create a special microclimate.
Soils: Medium-deep with high red clay content.
Tasting Notes
Bright cherry-red colour. Aromas of strawberries, as well as ripe black fruit such as blackcurrant and plums,combined with some earthy forest notes and sweet and toasty notes from the barrique. In the mouth it
is full, rich and with structure. Soft tannins and a very fruity and long
finish.

It goes well with grilled meat and stews, as well as game, cheese and cold-cuts.
