Grolleau noir: carbonic 8 days maceration of the entire bunches. Pinot noir:traditional 10 days maceration of the destem bunches. Soft pressing. Blending, aging in vast.

To drink straight away, or to be kept for a bit. Nose: red berries, spicy notes. Round and supple in the mouth.
