Calcareus clay soil. Fermentation in a temperature controlled rotation macerator. Aging for 14 months in barriques. Refinement for 4 months.
Tasting Notes
Estattura was the name given to the Summer migration of people from the city of Grosseto to the hills of Scansano, seeking for "fresch air". Made from Sangiovese grapes, Estatatura is a ruby red wine with slight hints of violets, it offers scents of blackberries, raspberries, wild cherries and herbs; on the palate it is broad and mellow.

The migratory birds on the label symbolizes 'Estatatura', seasonal migration of people in summer, which occurred in the province of Grosseto between the 18th and 19th centuries.
