Notes on Production
Maceration on the skins for ca.20 days in stainless steel tanks. Matured in 500L oak barrels for 10-12 months.
Tasting Notes
Intense ruby-red, almost haematic, in colour. Floral scent of cyclamen, violets, and elder followed by currant, blackberries and plum jam. In the mouth is a sheer bliss recalling cherries, blackberries. Subtle wood scent can be noted despite 15 month long maturation in French oak (barriques).
