Notes on Production
Morainic, very smooth and stony soil near Lake Garda. Maceration on the skins for a short time. Maturation for 6 months sin stainless steel tanks and 3 months in bottles.
Tasting Notes
I has a clear ruby red colour, with scents of underbrush and then cherry. In the mouth the taste is aggressively pleasant, but wrapped in a complex and unexpected fruitiness, which is not quite ripe plum, cherry and bitter raspberry.
