Marley, silty-clay, with good content of organic matter due to the use of “green-manure”, biodynamic preparations and biodynamic compost. Indigenous yeast is used.

Intense straw yellow colour with accentuated tinges of yellow-green. On the nose, intense, delicate, and complex fragrance with moderate but discrete hints of wood. On the palate, lovely taste with elegant concentration and length.
