Notes on Production
Granite soil. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by a long maceration. Twenty per cent of the wine is aged for 8 months in used French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Different grape varieties from assorted vineyard plots of different ages, heights and exposures. This wine has a dark red colour with reflection of purple on the edge. We can sense cherries and strong aromas of red fruits such as strawberries, as well as chocolate nuances.

16-18℃

Roast beef or barbecue, duck rice and soft cheeses.
