Notes on Production
Two different vineyards, granite soil and clay soils. Fermentation in stainless steel tank, followed by a long maceration. Half the wine aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
This wine is aged 12 months in French oak barrels. It has a dark red colour, nearly purple and has a complex and elegant taste of red fruits, with a scent of cocoa and nuts.
