Notes on Production
樹齢50年以上、土着20品種以上の赤白混植畑（割合はざっと赤8:白2）。ラガールで足踏みにより破砕し、自然醗酵。12カ月ステンレス製バットで熟成。酸化防止の目的で栗花茶（乾燥栗花を煎じた汁）を添加し、亜硫酸添加量は少量。無濾過。生産量わずか4440本。
Tasting Notes
Light red. In the mouth it shows a lively character and a lot of freshness, typical of its youth, with very elegant tannins and a persistent and vibrant aromatic profile. Very personalized character resulting from the presence of a large variety of indigenous grapes. 4440
bottles were produced, all numbered.
