Notes on Production
Granitic, sandy, limestone soil. Fermentation in french oak barrels and chestnut barrels and stainless steel vats between 13 to 16℃. Aging "sur lies".
Tasting Notes
The grapes macerated with skins, are pressed and then, decant in stainless vats. The fermentation at around 12 to 14ºC. Then, the wine aged "sur lies" for 2 months, is filtered and bottled. Crystaline citrus wine with a delicate tangerine and lime zest in a mineral, elegant, low alcohol profile where a touch of sweetness balances a lively acidity.
