Notes on Production
Spontaneous fermentation on the skins in beeswax-lined clay amphorae. Aged sur lie for three months before bottling. Produced without electricity.
Tasting Notes
Light red in colour. Exotic on the nose with white pepper, citrus and peach. Good acidity, dry tannins. Flavours of smoke, lemon, flowers and peach. End of mouth persistent.
