Hand-selected grapes go through skin contact and gentle pneumatic press. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature. Vegan-friendly.
Tasting Notes
Light, aromatic, fresh and with good minerality white wine. Expresses well the particularities of the terroir (vines in line on a granitic soild, with Avesso and Arinto grapes manually harvested).
