Notes on Production
First fermentation at 14ºc for 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation in bottle, and at least 24 months of maturing on racks.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of Pinot Noir with notes of cherry and strawberry alongside hints of pastry and dry flowers. Fresh and fruity in the mouth with cherry and pear on the palate. It is well balanced with lemon fresh acidity.
Food Pairing
Excellent as an aperitif or exquisite with rices, Italian pastas and savory desserts.
