Notes on Production
Gentle pressing to obtain the grape juice. First fermentation at 14ºC for 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation in bottles, and at least 12 months of maturing on racks.
Tasting Notes
Bright pale yellow wine, with a very fruity aroma and very fresh flavour. Fruity and well-balanced on the palate with refreshing acidity and a finish that is both round and elegant.
