Notes on Production
Fermentation, with 15-20-day maceration on the skins for several days. Matured at least 12 months in French Allier oak barriques for malolactic fermentation.

The deep ruby red colour testifies to the richness of this wine; intense and lingering bouquet with traces of red berries and spices, harmony and balanced flavour, a wine suitable to long periods of cellering.
