Tasting Notes
Mossa di baal is a sparkling wine based on Fiano and Moscato.It is refermented in the bottle, without addition of yeasts, sulfites and sugars, unfiltered or not flawed, following the recipe of their ancestors. The Mossa is presented intact on its own natural yeasts, veiled and murky.
