秋に収穫せずに冬まで放置し、凍った状態で糖分が凝縮されたブドウを1月に収穫。ステンレスタンクで醗酵し、2ヵ月澱上で熟成。
Tasting Notes
Nose of ripe apples, banana, and honey melon with hints of vanilla and orange zest. On the palate an excellent match of pleasant sweetness, refreshing acidity, and decent spiciness.
