ノイデックはワグラム地方の最北端に位置する高地の村。標高320ｍにある深い黄土レス土壌と穏やかな気候のもと、手摘みで選別されたブドウを低介入で仕上げている。9月終盤に収穫。畑付きの酵母で自然発酵。澱とともに2ケ月熟成。
Tasting Notes
Roter Veltriner is one of the oldest Austrian grape varieties. Charming and elegant. Fine acidity and typical aromas ranging from juicy pear, to apple, honeydew melon, almond, and orange zest.
