Notes on Production
The vinification on the Grenache and the Marselan are classic method. The Carignan is hand picked and prepared on carbonic maceration.
Tasting Notes
Garnet colour. The nose is open on a sappy register, jan and prune. Very soft wine on black olive jam aromas and blueberries. The ending stays fresh with chalky and thirst-quenching tannins.
