Catherine Papon Nouvel, an active member of the the "Vine methode Nature" Manually harvested, without adding sulphite throughout fermentation. Indigenous yeasts are used.
Tasting Notes
Currant-type reds. Deep strawberries with spicy notes. Full and round with melted tannins on the palate with good persistence.
