Tasting Notes
Amber to orange in colour. Hint of apricot and tropical fruits on the nose. Complex and well balanced in the mouth.

Notes
With its amber colour this is an “Orange wine”. After spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks for 14 days, it is aged for 18 months. It was bottled in July 2018 and will stay further 4 months in bottle before being released to the market.
