Each variety is separately handpicked and ferments in stainless tanks with indigenous yeast. After 9 months aging in concrete tanks they are blended and bottled without clarification or filtrations.

Straw-yellow-colored wine with golden reflections. It is fairly
alcoholic. The nose displays notes of white flowers, yellow fruits, sweet
almonds. Aromatic and distinct on the palate with a nice length. This is a blend of three white grapes to become a very unique wine.
