Notes on Production
The grapes are de-stemmed and cold macerated for 24 hours. The must ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16 - 18℃). This is followed by aging on the lees for 6 months and bottling.
Tasting Notes
Young, fresh, elegant, immature. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose gives sensations of freshness but also excellent complexity. You can perceive the wildflowers, green apple and lemon leaf. It relaxes on the palate with harmony giving elegance.

Sushi, sashimi, carpaccio
