畑はファッラ・ディソンツォ(ゴリツィア)にある標高80ｍの海洋起源の泥灰土と砂岩。樹齢30年。手摘み収穫。ステンレスで12日間発酵。ステンレスとアンフォラで熟成。

Red onion skin color, typical of vinification in ramato. Bouquet: notes of cantaloupe melon of medium intensity, quince, fresh cherry and cherry wood. Flavour: very fresh, compact, concentrated, long and smooth. Aged in stainless steel and amphora.

Pairs magnificently with fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses. Perfect as an aperitif.
