Tasting Notes
A polished gold colour with green accents, made with the verdejo grape, a variety native to central Spain, but it is increasingly popular worldwide. It has a scent of preserved lemon, lime flesh and white peach over a strong slatey minerality. Moreover, it has a crisp, dry and bracing taste with a fine citrus flavour and an intriguing minerality.
