Notes on Production
Maceration for 36 days with punching down and pumping over. Natural fermentation with wild yeasts. Malolactic fermentation. Aged for 10 months on the lies.
Tasting Notes
This wine is beautiful clear ruby colour. Fresh and fruity notes of cherries and spices(nutmeg and cinnamon). Firm tannins in the mouth.
