Notes on Production
Pneumatic press with full bunches. Half of the fresh must in large oak barrels and the rest in stainless tanks. Fermentation with wild yeasts. Aged for 11 months on the lies.
Tasting Notes
This wine is green gold colour. The nose is very complex and expresses the fruit as well as minerality. Round and bright taste with subtle nuances of white and exotic fruits.
