Pneumatic press with full bunches. Natural fermentation in stainless tanks with wild yeasts. After malolactic fermentation, aged for 6 months on the lies.
Tasting Notes
This wine is green gold colour. The nose has a nice complexity and expresses the fruit and minerality. Round and bright in the mouth.
