Notes on Production
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation, leaving in contact for a few months in stainless steel tanks. The conservation is in the absence of oxygen.
Tasting Notes
This wine presents a deep red colour with magenta shades. It is an austere wine with pronounced aroma of berries and moss. The palate is dry and full-bodied.
