Notes on Production
Temperature controlled fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation. Clarification and conservation in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes
Wine with excellent structure, full-bodied, robust, rich ruby red colour tending to garnet with age. Intense bouquet slightly grassy, with notes of raspberries when it is young. After 2 to 3 years of aging, the wine becomes dry. Good balance of tannins: well orchestrated and smooth.
