Fermented in new oak barrels for 1 months and matured in other barrels for 6 months, the remaining in stainless steel tanks. Aged further for 6 months in bottles.

Tasting Notes

A golden yellow wine, very bright, sharply clear. The nose is a symphony of scents of honey, rosehip, cinnamon, nutmeg, black elderberry. In the mouth, it is cool and pleasurable. It gives sensations of ripe grapes and Tunisian mango.
