Notes on Production
Harvested exclusively at night from overripe grapes. Vinification takes place with a short maceration avoiding grafting of fermentation.
Tasting Notes
Antique gold and amber in colour. Pleasant and fragrant aromas of yellow flowers and hints of honey, peach jam and candied citrus, and a subtle spicy note. Delicate and balanced taste, with evidence of candied and dried fruits.
