Notes on Production
Harvested during the night to prevent undesirable fermentation. De-stemmed and sent via stainless steel pipeline to a soft press. The must is transferred to tanks for fermentation.
Tasting Notes
Pale and bright straw colour with greenish light; Light floral tones of acacia and wood of rose, with hints of pear, citrus and wild herbs. Smooth and fresh, with vivid acidity and with pleasant citrus and floral taste.
