Tasting Notes
This salmon-pink rosé (the intensity varies according to the vintage) has made a major contribution to the reputation of Neuchâtel wines. It is made from pinot noir grapes, which are macerated for about 24 hours in order to give it its pink colour. The wine has an intense bouquet of red berries and is full bodied.
