Notes on Production
Located south of Zaragoza, 550m above sea level. A limy and sandy soil rich in minerals. Fermented with indigenous yeast, matured for 2 months in new french oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Light ruby colour. On the nose blackberry and vanilla. On the palate fresh and fruity, well balanced tannin.
