This is made with Champagne method, with 12 to 24 months of setting on slats before being disgorged, pulled and clogged brut.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow color letting escape fine elegant bubbles. Fresh citrus aromas and fine and persistent bubbles make it pleasant on the palate. Well balanced.
Food Pairing
Perfect aperitif or dessert. Pairs well with scallops or white fish.
