Notes on Production
Maceration in stainless steel vats for 12-14 days and delestage("rack and return"). Fermentation in the juice at 28ºC. MLF in stainless tanks for 6 months, and in oak casks for 12 months.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red colour. Intense and complex bouquet of ripe fruit, forest berries, vanilla and other spices. It velvety, warm and full on the palate; a correct freshness and elegant tannic quality make it a balanced wine with great character.
