Maceration with skin contact and fermentation at a controlled temperature for 8 days. Aging in steel tanks for 7 months before the bottling.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red colour and violet nuances with a characteristic
bouquet of cherries and forest berries. On the palate this wine is soft, dry, whit nice tannins and a good freshness.
