Notes on Production
Sandy and clay soil, sub-alkaline lightly calcareous. Vinified in small sized stainless steel vats, using selected yeasts with repassing and "delestage". Aging in 35 HL oak casks.

Name of this wine comes from the military school of “Nunziatella” that Giovanni d’Orsi attended during high school years. Rosso Maniero,a blend of Sangiovese,Merlot,and Canaiolo expresses invigorating youth, as well as it respect to the tradition, which is characterizing this military school for 200 years.
