Notes on Production
Vinification in 25 hl stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in barriques. Aging for 18/24 months in barriques and another 18 months in 35 hl oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Deep notes of wild berries, plum, balsamic and spicy scents such as sweet tobacco, cocoa and roasted coffee. Elegant and decisive entry with an enveloping development supported by a low acidity that harmonizes with a dense tannic texture that gives a very persistent and sweet finish.

Best tasted alone. Suits excellent with very wild boar.
Notes
Chianti of the highest quality by Casa Loste was dedicated to Don Vincenzo, Giovanni d'Orsi's father. The name is passed on to his son indicating the strong family bond.
