Notes on Production
Maceration takes place for 20 days, then soft pressed under inert gas. Fermentation takes place during the maceration in the bottle thanks to the autochthonous yeasts.

Intense flavor due to the presence of tannins, good minerality and sapidity; a fruity, rich and persistent bouquet.
