Notes on Production
Maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature. Vacuum pressing with inert gas. Strict temperature control throughout vinification and stabilization phases to avoid anomalous fermentation.
Tasting Notes
A good wine with a ruby red colour tending towards garnet (hence the name), with a pleasant, young, intense and characteristic odour; with a dry, soft, full and harmonious flavour. Excellent with first courses seasoned with meat, roasted or grilled red meats, game and cheeses with a strong flavour
