Notes on Production
Hand picked in early October. Maceration on the skins on indigenous yeast. The second fermentation in autoclave for four months. Charmat Method.
Tasting Notes
Wine made without added sulfites and other preservatives. Thanks to careful modern wine making techniques, it's a good wine for taste which preserved the fragrance of a natural fruity flavor. Lambrusco without sulfites should be kept in a cool place away from light. After opening best to be drunk within 24/36 hours.
