Notes on Production
The fermentation takes place with maceration for 3 weeks. Aged for 18 months, part in oak barrel and a part in medium size stainless steel tanks, equipped with micro-oxygenation.
Tasting Notes
Deep bright ruby colour; fruity vocation with hints of plums, cherries in jam, minerals and cinnamon. It is a fine, rich and balanced wine with hints of berries and spice in the end. Since the first production of this wine in 2011, it has won several awards including Silver Medal Challenge Millésime Bio 2015.
