Notes on Production
Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 28°C for 12-15 days with frequent pumping. Aged in 25hL Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months, 6 months in bottles.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of dark berry, eucalyptus and tobacco. The concentrated taste of Marasca cherry, licorice and green peppercorn alongside fine-grained tannins.
