Notes on Production
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28°C during 12-15 days in french oak barrels. 20 months of aging in Slavonian oak barrels, and 6 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes
Subtle aromas of dried cherries, licorice, black truffle. Medium-bodied with savoury flavours, exotic spices, blackcurrants and white pepper. Toasty oak and firm tannins frame.
Serving Temperature
15-18℃
Notes
"Froi" is the nickname given to the field's farmhouse.
